Aggelos Jerseys (“we”) is the data controller for personal data collected through Aggelos Jerseys. You can contact us at aggelos@replikaltfun.online.
What we collect and why
When you use our enquiry or order form we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and any message you send, together with your IP address for spam prevention. We use this to respond to your enquiry, arrange and fulfil orders, and keep records. Our lawful bases are performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in operating the shop and preventing abuse, and your consent where you provide it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months and then delete them. We keep order records for accounting and legal reasons and remove the personal details from them after 6 years. IP addresses are cleared after 90 days. Product reviews you submit are published content and are kept indefinitely unless you ask us to erase them; the IP address recorded with a review is cleared after 90 days, the same as other submissions.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data, and to object to its processing. Orders are kept for legal accounting reasons, so on an erasure request we remove the personal details from them and delete related enquiries and reviews. To exercise any right, email aggelos@replikaltfun.online. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
